Battery products include single cell products and battery combination products, which can be combined in series or parallel according to user requirements to meet different needs of customers. 1. Does your company’s products meet technical standards such as EU environmental certification?
Yes, our products meet the environmental standards and different products have obtained relevant certifications. Customers could rest assured about importing our products for relevant industries.
2. Can you customize products according to our own demands?
Yes, we could customize our cable and battery products according to your demands. The basic process is to discuss the actual requirements first, then issue drawing and send sample for confirmation, and finally comes with production and shipment.
3. Can you provide OEM & ODM production?
Yes, basic on customers' reasonable authorization, we provide OEM and ODM production service. You may refer to our OEM & ODM process details on the home page.
4. Could we download the relevant documents such as technical specification of your regular products?
Yes, we will periodically upload relevant technical specifications of our products and you may download freely.
For mature conventional products of Boying Company, customers could place orders directly after confirmed the price. For specially customized products, after detailed discussion between both parties with agreements on technical parameters, price, delivery time, and other related details, customers could then confirm their order. 1. How to order?
Firstly we will make a quote accoding to customer's requests. After customer confirmed specification, we will prepare sample based on customer's sample order. Then the sample will be delivered to customer after all inspected.
2. Do you have any MOQ (Minimum order quantity)?
We have no limit on the order quantity, but the shipping cost needs to by confirmed by both parties.
3. Do you provide free spare parts?
Yes, we usually provide free spare parts for customers based on the order quantity.
4. What payment method is available?
T/T transfer is preferred. If customer would like other method, please discuss with our sales team for further confirmation.
Regarding the delivery time, customers could consult Boying before placing an order. After that, we will confirm the detailed delivery time within 48 hours. Regarding the transportation of goods, different shipping methods such as air freight and sea freight can be negotiated based on different products and delivery times. Also logistics costs and transportation time details could be confirmed at the same time.
1. How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is determined by product inventory and production conditions. It usually takes around 2 weeks after order confirmed.
2. What shipping method do you provide?
Shipping by sea, by air or by express are all available. If customer has their own shipping agent, we’ll cooperate with customer’s shipping agent and complete the delivery. If customer doesn’t have shipping agent, we’ll make a quote according to customer’s shipping requirements, after confirmed, we’ll arrange shipping.
