how we control quality
1.We control the raw materials and strictly choose standard suppliers. All raw materials make a spot checking before store in the warehouse.
2.We have inspection staff in necessary processing steps to make sure that every step are done as instructions. After goods finished, we also do 100% test to make sure that all items are in good performance.
3.Our QC dept. Will make a final spot checking before shipping out, to make sure that the goods are right as the confirmed drawing.
4.According to the exact cable specification, the inspection items may include wire & cable pulling force testing, high & low temperature testing, SR flexing test, switch life test, housing insertion test, two dimensional measuring etc.
